Power of CAN

Went to ACT's Church Sunday service this morning

the preaching was awesome

I learnt something

at least I didn't waste my morning still hiding in my blanket. LOL

I used to do so in weekends.

I even planned to wake up at 7am this morning and go jogging.

Obviously I failed

LOL

So..

Pastor Kenneth said that it's FEAR 

who stopped us from moving on

ability to think negative is also the inability to think positively

can't recall the exact words

I was so sleepy

shouldn't had slept so late yesterday nite..

I have the strong desire to work as hard as JYJ

but I guess I was a little bit lack of determination.
